The practice will supply you with a blood form if you need a blood test, this will either be given to you at surgery or will be sent to you in the post as part of our Annual Review recall system.
You will need to contact the surgery between 7 to 10 days later to receive the results of your blood test and find out what you need to do next.

Travelling from M61
Leave motorway at junction 8 bearing left onto Preston Road. Once on Preston Road follow this through past B&Q whereyou will meet two roundabouts, go straight over at the first roundabout and take your first left at the second which will take you up Harpers Lane. Once at the top of Harpers Lane turn right at the roundabout, Eaves Lane Surgery is situated amongst the second set of terraced houses on your right hand side.
Travelling from Town Centre
Proceed along central bypass until reaching Stump Lane. Enter Stump Lane and proceed ahead until you reach the top of the road. Once at the junction at the top of Stump Lane, turn left onto Eaves Lane, follow this along until you reach Eaves Lane Surgery on your left hand side.
