We also treat some minor operations on site as well as use acupuncture in some of our clinics.

Blood Tests

Blood Testing

The practice will supply you with a blood form if you need a blood test, this will either be given to you at surgery or will be sent to you in the post as part of our Annual Review recall system.

Please check whether your form asks you to fast. If you are required to fast, please have only sips of water for 8 hours before the test. Please take any medication as normal.

You will need to contact the surgery between 7 to 10 days later to receive the results of your blood test and find out what you need to do next.

We are on the bus routes for the 658 (wigan/Leigh service); 360 (Leigh/Wigan); and the 365 (Warrington/Wigan). We are also a short walk from Ince train station.

Out of Hours

To contact the Out of Hours service you can telephone the practice on 01942 481140 and your call will be transferred through. The service is only available WHEN THE SURGERY IS CLOSED. This number must only be used if your complaint IS AN EMERGENCY and cannot wait until the surgery is next open. Please note that Incefield House ( The Manley) is not a normal doctors surgery and is not to be used as a walk-in centre.
