Part time Practice Manager required for our surgeries in Leigh Sports Village
SSP Health is recruiting to expand its dynamic and highly motivated team of Practice Managers.
Part time position currently available in Leigh Sports Village.
SSP Health’s Practice Managers benefit from our substantial network of back-office support functions to allow each Manager to really focus on patient services and lead the local team of doctors, nurses and staff.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills together with proven experience in managing people and monitoring performance targets is required. You must be highly self-motivated, well organised, and able to motivate your team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be confident with IT and enjoy working flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.
You will have the aptitude to support practice engagement with the wider health economy as required, such as local Primary Care Networks, local practice manager networks and community care providers, to ensure that we are consistently kept aware of best practice and new developments.
