All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. The average pay for GPs working in Lower Ince in the last financial year was £48,190.14 before tax and NI. This calculation is for 1 full-time GPs and 2 locum GPs, who has worked in the practice for more than 6 months.

1. Follow these steps to access GP online services:
2. Take photo ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of address (such as a utility bill) to your GP practice and tell them you want to start using their online services. If you do not have any ID then either a member of staff will have to confirm your identity or you may have to answer questions about personal information in your GP record.
3. Fill in the short registration form that you are given by your practice.
4. Once you have signed up, you will receive a letter with your unique username, password and instructions on how to log in.
The practice has an established patient participation group who meet at the practice; we encourage and welcome all patients to join whether this is part of our 'face to face' group or part of the 'virtual' group. This gives you the opportunity to share ideas and support the practice.
