SSP Health was created as a solution to the hundreds of struggling family doctors and practices buckling under the weight of an overloaded national healthcare system. Constrained NHS funding, precious limited resources, long hours, intense bureaucracy and lack of support all lead to a lack of time and energy for effective professional planning and deep uncertainty about the future.
The Centralised Solution
Drawing on years of NHS experience and feedback from GPs nationwide, SSP Health was created to bring a new, innovative way to rescue practices from the brink of closure, retain valuable staff, and continue to provide local healthcare. SSP absorbs and manages challenging areas for struggling teams and pools resources, talent, expertise, time, and back office functions to elevate the value of each individual practice and alleviate doctors’ mounting strains and pressures.
